Delivery in Odessa and Kyiv

Transport delivery of goods can be carried out at a time convenient for you by our own delivery service from 9:00 to 18:00 every day except Saturday and Sunday, within a few days after receiving the order.

• The cost of delivery of goods in Odessa and Kyiv is agreed with the logistics department or your manager
• Transport delivery is carried out to the entrance (entrance to the building).
• The equipment is delivered for a fee (including to the 1st floor), to be agreed with the logistics department.

Our couriers demonstrate the integrity and quality of the goods, as well as its performance (for equipment that works autonomously), but DO NOT PROVIDE installation, connection and configuration of the equipment. To do this, you need to contact our service department. Our delivery service guarantees the integrity and quality of the delivered goods. Please note that the couriers’ duties do not include moving the equipment inside your restaurant, store or office. Please note that the couriers’ stay at your facility is limited, because the courier service has a strict delivery schedule. We also ask you to carefully consider the dimensions of the purchased equipment, as well as clear the way for transferring the equipment to the workshop or premises. Thank you for your understanding!

If large-sized equipment is placed in a doorway (passage) or carried by our employees without the original packaging, such transportation (skid) is carried out ONLY after the buyer signs a waiver of claims for the appearance and configuration of the goods, as well as claims in case of damage to the goods during transportation without packaging.

When transferring the goods, the courier of our company is obliged to provide you with a full package of documents, according to the legislation of Ukraine:

• a goods receipt for cash payment and the original invoice,
• expense invoices,
• a tax invoice for non-cash payment,
• operating instructions in Ukrainian (Russian)
• warranty certificate for the purchased equipment.
• at the client’s request, a certificate is provided for the equipment.

*Delivery is possible on Sundays and holidays. Discussed individually (VIP).

* Taking into account the wishes and time of our clients, the materially responsible forwarder may accept payment (prepayment) for the goods, with the provision of all necessary documents, at the place chosen by the client.

Delivery in Ukraine

Our delivery service will deliver the equipment you ordered for FREE to the warehouse of any official carrier convenient for you and will process all documents for shipment.

The cost of delivering the goods to the region is paid by the recipient.

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out only with 100% payment for the ordered goods.

Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out by independent carriers – transport companies:

• “Vash Chas”
